【摘要】 目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术的效果。方法采用5．5～6．5mm反弧形巩膜隧道切口搞出白内障植入后房型人工晶状体。并与常现大切口手术进行对比。结果术后1周及3月，小切口组矫正视力均优于常现大切口组（P＜0．05），散光绝对值，亦均优于常现大切口组（P＜0.05）。结论小切口手术组织损伤轻、术后散光少、视力恢复快，不需要昂贵设备，便于在基层医院推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of small incision nonphacoemulsi fication extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) and IOL implantion. Methods ECCE and IOL implantation was done under a small scleral tunnel incision of 5 .5 ~ 6.5mm in observe group. Routine large limbus incision was done in control group.Results 63.79% eyes got a correct vision of 0.5 or better in observe group,and 48.71% in control group 1 week after the operation.Three months later, it was 91 .38% in obsereve group and 74.36% in control group(P < 0. 05). Postoperative astigma tism was 1 .9±1.23D in observe group and it was 4. 1±1 .92D in con trol group 1 week after operation (P <0.01),it became 0.89 ± 0.67D and 2.21±1 .32D 3 months later (P < 0.05).Conclusion Small scle ral tunnel incision can be healed quickly, the postoperative astigmatism was slight. The vision rehabiliated early. This technique dosen’ t need ex pensive instruments, and could be facilitated in small-scale hospitals.更多还原
