【摘要】 目的观察角膜穿孔伤合并外伤性白内障联合手术的效果。方法对13例施行角膜裂伤缝合加外伤性白内障现代囊外摘出及后房型人工晶状植入术。结果出院时矫正视力≥0.5者5例,0.1～0.4者5例，＜0.1者3例。结论此联合手术是治疗角膜穿孔伤合并外伤性白内障的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the triple procedure for penetrating injry of cornea with traumatic cataract. Methods 13 cases were performed with laceyated corneal sutture and extracapsular cataract extraction with PC - IOL implantaion. Results The corrected vision≥0.5、0.1 ~ 0.4 and <0.1 were 5 cases,5 cases and 3 cases re spectively while the patients discharged from hospital. Conclusion The triple procedure was the efficient measure for penetrationg injury of cornea with traumatic cataract.更多还原
