【摘要】 目的探讨眼部注射庆大霉素所引起的中毒性视网膜病变。方法观察7例玻璃体内及结膜下注射庆大霉素后表现后极部视网膜水肿、出血、动静脉阻塞，晚期视神经萎缩。5例做了荧光素眼底血管造影检查。结果荧光素造影显示，病变区视网膜血管中断呈大片无灌注区。血管壁染色并渗漏，晚期视盘呈强荧光。视力预后极差。结论庆大霉素玻璃体内注射用量应低于200μg或更换其它有效抗生素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the toxic retinopathy resulting from gen tamycin local injection. Methods To observe the changes of psoterior po lar of retina in 7 eyes of 7 patients,which were retinal edema,haemor rhage,vessel occlusion and later optic atrophy.5 eyes were given exami nations of fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA). Results The FFA showed large non-perfusion area, staining and leakage of vessel wall, and later hyperfluorescence of optic disc. Visual progjosis is very terrible. Conclusions The mechanism of toxic retinopathy after gentamycinjection of eye may be dysfunction of lysosome.Intravitreal gentamycinmust be less than 200μy or alterrate other effective antibiotic.更多还原
