【摘要】 目的测定视网膜挫伤后血清铜／锌比率，分析改变机制，以提高患者视力。方法用北京医大产HCY-I型痕迹量金属元素测定仪，所测结果与对照组进行统计分析。结果急性期x0．962，恢复期x1.077，陈旧改变期x1．144，对照组x1．188，经方差分析中两两对检验，对照组与急性期q’6．525，P＜0．01，与恢复期q’3．215，P＜0．01，与陈旧改变期q’1.260，P＞0．05。结论测定铜／锌比率，据数值在治疗中给予补充或限制锌、铜，可提高治疗效果。此法简便，有推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to enhance the sight the rate of copper/zincwas tested after contusion of retina and the changable mechanism wasanalysed. Methods The results and the control groupe were analysedstatistically using HCY- 1 Trace Metal Elements Equipment made inBeijing Medical University. Results Acute phase x 0. 962, recoveryphaae x 1 .077, obolescent chang phase x 1. 144 and control group x1. 188, these all are of tatistical significance. By difference equationanalysis, (two pairs of test) control group and acute phase q’ 6. 525, p< 0.01, control group and recovery phase q’ 3. 215. P <0.01, controlgroup and obsolescent change phase q’ 1 .260, P > 0.05. Conclusions By test the rare of copper/zinc curative effects can be obtained withgiving extra suppy or limitary copper/zinc based on the numbers in thetreatment.
