【摘要】 目的探讨角膜创伤愈合中上皮细胞与角膜基质成纤维细胞的作用关系。方法用形态学方法观察兔角膜损伤后上皮细胞与角膜基质成纤维细胞动态变化相关现象。结果发现基质成纤维细胞的增生活跃程度与上皮基底细胞的细胞层数和细胞大小密切相关。结论角膜上皮细胞在角膜创伤修复中起主导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relaionship between epthelial cellsand corneal stroma fibroblasts in corneal wound healing Methods Bythe method of morphology, we observed the dynamic correlation betweenthe epithelial cells and corneal stroma fibroblasts after cornea being wounded in rabbits. Results Active degree of proliferation of stroma fibroblasts correlated closely with the number of epithelial basal layer cells,all as well,with the size of them. Conclusions Epithelial cells ofcornea probably play leading role in the healing process of corneal wound .更多还原
