【摘要】 目的探讨角膜穿孔伤后角膜散光与角膜伤口的大小、形态、部位及手术处理等因素的关系。方法用角膜曲率计测量139眼角膜穿孔伤后1天～1年角膜曲率的变化。结果自闭小瘢痕比间断缝合的小瘢痕散光小；相似长度的瘢痕，伤及角膜缘者散光明显，不规则散光多见；连续缝合比间断缝合术后散光小，两者拆线后散光都有不同程度的减少。结论采用连续缝合的方式处理伤口，术后及早拆线是减少术后散光的可取方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the association of corneal astigmatism afterperforating wounds of the cornea with the shape, position and method of suture of the wounds. Methods 139 patients who had perforating woundof the comea with different length and shape were followed up one dayand one year by keratometer Results. The wound closed itself had lessastigmatism than that closed by interrupted suture, but if wound touchedupon limbus of cornea would have obvious astigmatism, especially irreg-ular astigmatism, running suture had less astigmatism than interrupted su-ture, remeverd the suture would reduce much astigmatism ConclusionIt is a desrable methods to reduce the asatigmatism with running sutureand taking out stitches seasonably.更多还原
