【摘要】 目的评价视神经损伤不同治疗方法的疗效及影响因素。方法对60例65眼外伤性视神经损伤进行总结分析。结果无光感者有效率21．3％，2周以内接受治疗者有效率39．1％，两周后接受治疗者有效率4．2％；有残余视力者有效率94．5％。结论治疗效果与治疗前是否有残余视力及开始治疗早晚密切相关。手术治疗与药物治疗效果无统计学差异，应首选药物治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obiective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the various therapies and the relative factors.Methods To make analysis and summary ofthe treated 65 eyes of 60 cases of traumatic optic nerve injur. ResultsIn 47 eyes of no light perception, the rate of effectiveness was21.3%;39.1% in those who were threated within two weeks and only4.2% of those patients who were treated after two weeks was effective.the rate of effectiveness of eyes with residual visual acuity was 94.5%Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy was closely correlative with theresidual vision before treatment and the time of starting therapy.Bettertherapeutic efficacy was achieved in those with residual vision.The earlier the therapy started,the better the efficacy was.There was nostatistically significant differences in the effecacy between the surgical therapyand the pharmaceutical ones whicah should be first adopted.更多还原
