【摘要】 目的探讨穿透性角膜移植术中减少角膜内皮损伤的方法。方法在24例穿透性角膜移植手术中，采用多种保护角膜内皮的方法包括：剪取供体植片时前房注入1％透明质酸钠（SH）；内皮侧冲切植片；6针预置缝合后前房注入1％SH及BSS以完全形成前房。结果术后第1天，18例角膜植片透明。6例角膜植片轻、中度水肿，1周恢复透明。结论精细的手术可以避免角膜内皮的损伤，改善移植效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the management of reducing surgical damage to corneal ednothelium in penetrating keratoplasty.Methods Some ways for protecting corneal endothelium were introduced such as injection of Sodium Hyaluoronate (SH) into the donor anterior chamber, punching donor cornea from endothelial, six preset sutures in lace, ensuring an even tension on the graft, and keeping deeper anterior chamber during surgery by injecting SH and BSS.Results Donor crnea in 18 eyes kept transparent first day postoperatively In the rest eyes with corneal fistula, injury or multiple procedure, the donr cornea showed shlight or mild edema up to one week postop. Conclusion Meticulous surgical technique may reduce the damage of endothelium and improve the result of grafting.更多还原
