【摘要】 目的探讨外伤性白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入的手术时机、方法和效果。方法对110例外伤性白内障进行回顾性研究。结果术后矫正视力≥0.1者占94．4％，高于国内报道的75％，≥0．5者占73．8％，高于国内报道的62％和62．5％，但低于作者报道的非外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术的效果。结论虽然外伤使眼部条件较差，手术复杂，但经妥善手术仍能获得较好视力。应尽早手术以防止弱视并促进双眼单视和立体视觉的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigater the surgery time and procedure, and the result of traumatic cataract extraction with IOL implantation Methods A retrospective study was carried out 110 cataract patients Resluts Postoperative visual acuity of 0.1 or better was obtained in 94. 4%,higher than domestic report of 75%; 73. 8% of them achieved 0. 5 0r better, higher than the reports of 62% and 62.5%, but lower than our previous reports in nontraumatic cataract patients. Conclusion Although the eye condition in traumatic eye is poor and surgical procedure is more complicated, better visual acuity can be achieved if proper surgical management is adopted. Surgery should be performed early in order to prevent amblyopia and to obtain binovularis visus and stereoscopic vision.更多还原
