【摘要】 目的探讨手法碎核白内障摘出及折叠式人工晶状体植入术的疗效和技术。方法40例的术后视力、屈光状态等进行分析。结果术后1周、1月和3月时视力≥1．0者分别占70％、75％和77．5％。术后1周、1月时平均散光为0．98±0．92D和0．75±0．74D。与同期随机进行的超声乳化组42眼比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论提示两种方法同样具有早期恢复视力和稳定眼屈光状态的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectiv To investigate the ctative effect and the technique of cataract extraction by manual nucleus division and foldable IOL implantation. Methods The postperative vision and the state of refraction of 40 cases were analyzed. Results One wkeek, one month and three months after operation, respectively, 70 percent, 75percent and 77.5 percent of the 40 eyes recovered its vision to 1. 0 or better. One week and one month after the operation, the average astigmatism respectively reached 0.98 ± 0.92D and 0.75 ± 0.74D,Comparing with the another 42 eyes of ultrasonic emulsification, therer was no distinguish difference in the postoperative vision and the state of refraction (P > 0.05) Conclusion Both of the two kinds of techniques have the advantage of shortening the period of vision recovery and stabilizing the state of refration.更多还原
