【摘要】 为了寻求肝刺激物质研制中的跟踪测定方法，采用ＭＴＴ比色法测定其体外生物活性，经正交设计实验。筛选出ＭＴＴ比色法测定条件，即ＭＴＴ浓度５ｍｇ／ｍｌ，细胞接种数１×１０５个／ｍｌ，加入ＭＴＴ后培养６ｈ。ＭＴＴ比色法测定ＨＳＳ体外生物学活性，发现在一定ＨＳＳ蛋白剂量范围内，其活性随剂量增加而增大，超过一定剂量后活性降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 We did some research on the MTT method to determine the bio activity of HSS.Design orthogonal test to screen the best condition of MTT colorimetric assay,the result was the number of seeded cell 1×10 5/ml, concentration of MTT 5mg/ml, incubation time course for the MTT 6h and we used 10% SDS 0.01mol/L HCl as the formazan solvent.Using MTT method to determine the bio activity of HSS showed that the bio activity was dose dependent in certain protein dose range,when it beyond a cetain dose,the activity decreased.更多还原
