【摘要】 目的:了解抗帕金森病药物应用现状。方法:对1996～1997年间系统诊治的139例帕金森病用药情况进行调查。结果:发现应用最多的前3种药物分别是息宁控释片、安坦、美多巴,最常用的4种给药方式是单独使用息宁控释片、息宁控释片+安坦、美多巴+安坦、单独使用美多巴。结论:上述4种给药方式应根据病情需要进行选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the current status of use of antiparkinsonism drugs, 139 cases of Parkinson’s Disease who received treatment during 1996-1997 were investigated. Our results showed that the most commonly used 3 drugs were Sinemet CR, Artane and Madopar; the most common approaches included single use of Sinemet CR, Sinement CR+Artane, Madopar+Artane and single use of Madopar. It is concluded that the administration approaches shall be based on the condition of the patients.更多还原
