【摘要】 目的：采用反相高效液相色谱法测定吴茱萸汤不同配伍情况下的各处方中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的含量。方法：ＯＤＳ柱，以乙腈－水－四氢呋喃－冰醋酸（４８∶５２∶１∶０１）为流动相，氯氟舒松为内标，紫外检测波长２２５ｎｍ。结果：吴茱萸单味药中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的回收率分别为９７１％、９３７％；ＲＳＤ分别为２５％、２６％ｎ＝。结论：本方法操作简单、准确、易行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This paper reports an HPLC method for the determination of two alkaloids in the Wuzhuyu Decoction and its recipes with different compositions of the herbal medicines Method:The chromatographic conditions are listed below: ODS column, UV detector at wavelength 225 nm, and a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile water THF acetic acid (48∶52∶1∶0 1) Results:The average recovery of evodiamine and rutaecarpine was 97 1 % and 93 7 % respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and convenient.更多还原
