【Abstract】 In this paper,we have explored an experiment that different parts of the seed of the PL.produce the different mother species.The result shows that the mother specie coming from the subcataneous tissue of the bordering of PL cover is the best one of the five different parts we select,its hypha grows well and rapidly.This kind of method is easy to work and has useful value.更多还原
