镁—芦丁极谱络合吸附波的研究
Polarographic Adsorptive Complex Wave of Magnesium(Ⅱ)——Rutin
【摘要】 在0.05m ol.L- 1KOH底液中(pH= 12.6),用单扫示波极谱法可获得镁—芦丁络合物吸附波,镁浓度在1.0×10- 7~5.0×10- 6m ol.L- 1 范围内与二阶导数波峰高有线性关系,检测限为8.0×10- 8m ol.L- 1,测得电活性络合物组成为Mg(Ⅱ)∶Rt= 1∶2,条件稳定常数为β= 5.4×109
【Abstract】 In a base solution of 0.05mol.L -1 KOH (pH=12.6),a sensitive adsorptive complex wave of Mg(Ⅱ)-Rutin can be obtained by single-sweep polarography. The change in peak height with the concentration of Mg(Ⅱ) is liearin, the range from 1.0×10 -7 to 5.0×10 -6 mol.L -1 ,The detection limit is 8.0×10 -8 mol.L -1 . The composition of complex is determinmed as Mg(Ⅱ):Rt=1∶2.
