【摘要】 目的：为了探寻脊髓栓系综合征简便易行的检查方法。方法：选择近期术前行Ｂ超检查的１０例脊髓栓系综合征患儿，将其术中所见与术前Ｘ线、ＣＴ（７／１０）、ＭＲＩ（３／１０）及Ｂ超检查与术中所见进行回顾性比较。结果：发现术前Ｂ超检查与术中所见相似，而且简便，能详细了解病变及动态观察脊髓搏动情况。结论：Ｂ超检查对脊髓栓系综合征的诊断、指导手术及术后随访具有重要意义，是一种简便易行、无损伤的检查诊断方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:It is to find the simple method of examination and diagnosis on tethered cord syndrome (TCS).Materials and methods:Preoperative B-mode sonograms from 10 children with TCS were analyzed ret-rospectively and correlated directly with intraoperative X-ray photography,CT(6/10),MRI(3/10).Result:Preoperative B-mode Sonography is the same findings as operation.It is simple and can sup-ply pulsate of the tethered cord and much more pathological information.Conclusion:B-mode sonography is important on the diagnosis of TCS,help of operation and postoperative follow-up,It is a simple and not injury method in examination and diagnosis of TCS.更多还原
