超声渐变界面自动跟踪系统

【摘要】 本文介绍了渐变界面自动跟踪系统的基本原理及总体设计。这种系统利用了超声波在不同泥浓度泥水中的衰减程度不同来测量固液渐变界面。同时,它通过参数设定,能实现对固液渐变界面的自动跟踪与搜索。

【Abstract】 In primary and secondary clarifier tanks the need to monitor and control sludge level is paramount to the efficient operation of treatment or water plant.It is critical to measure the exact location of the liquid/solid interface.In this paper a system for monitoring indistinct interface level is introduced.The level is resolved according to the attenuated ultrasonic intensity which is suspensates′concentration dependent.System design is presented in details.Three sensors are incorporated in the system,an ultrasonic sensor,an integrated temperature sensor and a position sensor.Calibration and the compensation for the temperature effect of ultrasonic sensor,the absorption property of water are discussed.The system has found its usage in water plant and is proved to be successful.
