传感器输出特性校正方法与多参数测量的研究

【摘要】 传感器对温度,电源波动等多种工作参数敏感,致使其准确度大为下降。本文在压力传感器静态标定实验的基础上建立了输出特性校正模型,并成功求解了该模型最小二乘解中范数最小的唯一解。经验证,该模型显著改善了传感器的非线性,有效消除了工作参数的影响,使测压准确度提高了一个数量级由于传感器对多种工作参数敏感,故可以实现多参数测量。本文在不增加设备的情况下,利用一个压力传感器同时测温和测压,测压有效消除了环境温度的影响,准确度提高一个数量极,测温准确度优于±1.0℃,提高了压力传感器的性价比

【Abstract】 A sensor is usually sensitive to many factors such as,the environment temperature, the value of voltage or current source.All of them make it inaccuracy,so it is necessary to calibrate the output characteristics of sensor.In this paper,a very good model to calibrate the output characteristics of a pressure sensor has been developed successfully.Its optimum solution in view of least square error can be got by means of matrixs singular value decomposition (SVD).This model can eliminate the effects of other factors except pressure effectively and it can improve the accuracy of the pressure sensor by one order.It is also useful for other kinds of sensors to calibrate their output characteristics.\;Since a sensor is sensitive to no more than one factor,it can realize the measurement of multi parameters.This paper has developed another model which makes it possible to measure pressure and temperature with only one pressure sensor at the same time.Its accuracy when test pressure has been improved by an order and Its accuracy when test temperature is superior to ±1 0℃.This method has increased the function/cost of the pressure sensor greatly.
