一水硬铝石与高岭石的晶体结构和表面性质
CRYSTAL STRUCTURES AND SURFACE PROPERTIES OFDIASPORE AND KAOLINITE
【摘要】 对一水硬铝石和高岭石的晶体结构及表面性质进行总结和归纳,对高岭百颗粒的分散与聚四行为进行试验研究和理论计算,旨在为我国一水硬铝石型铝土矿的有效分选提供基础资料。高岭石是典型的具有1:1型层状结构的铝硅酸盐,其溶液特性及荷电性质对颗粒的分散与聚团行为具有重要影响,实现一水硬铝石与高岭石有效分选的重要前提之一是调节其表面性质,实现体系高效分散。
【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the crystal structures and surface properties of diaspore and kaolinite, calculatesthe total potential energy among kaolinite particles in aqueous solution, and discusses the dispersion andaggregation of kaolinite particles. It may guide the gradation of bauxite. Kaolinite is a typical aluminumsilicate of 1:1 layer structure. The solution and charging properties affect the dispersion and aggregation ofkaolinite particles. The essential prerequisite of effective separation of diaspore and kaolinite is efficaciousdispersion by adjusting their surface properties.
