软磁MnZn铁氧体粉料可连续化生产新工艺

【摘要】 对反应温度、氨水加入量、陈化时间和加料速度对并加工艺沉淀过滤性能的影响进行实验研究,得出适宜的工艺条件为:反应温度55℃,氨水按[NH4HCO3]/[NH3·H2O]=2.05~2.10比例加入,陈化时间为55℃下2h,加料速度以加料过程中反应体系的温度大于40℃为标准.实验结果表明,与反加工艺相比,井加工艺沉淀的过滤性能大幅度提高,沉淀剂消耗量降低,并适于连续化工业生产.给出连续化工业生产的参考流程.研究表明,无论产品质量、成本.还是生产规模,并加工艺都优于反加工艺.

【Abstract】 The investigation of reaction time, amount of ammonia , maturation time, and fedding rate on filterabilityof soft MnZn ferrite powder prepared with co-dump coprecitation process was carried out. The results revealal that the reaction should take place Under following optimum process conditions: 55℃, [NH4HCO3]/[nh3 H2O]=2.05 ~ 2.10, maturation time 2 hours at 55℃, and the feding rate was controlled toensure the system temperature to be above 40℃. The experimental comparison between co-dump process and reverse-dump process has also been carried out. The results show that the filterability of precipitates withco-dymp process has ho greatly improved compared with reverse-dump process, and the consumption ofprecipitant could be obviously reduced. The co-dump process would be much better than reverse-dumpprocess in production of soft MnZn ferrite powder. Finally, the successively productive process was suggested inthis study.
