碳热还原反应制备氮化铝粉末工艺研究

【摘要】 对碳热还原氮化反应合成氮化铝粉末的工艺进行研究。采用正交实验设计,用X-射线定量物相分析方法,比较影响碳热还原反应几种因素的作用大小。结果表明,在反应的影响因素中,反应物粉末球磨与否对碳热还原反应的作用最大,反应温度、反应时间、添加剂作用依次减弱。反应物粉末球磨与否,反应温度对反应有显著影响,而反应时间、添加剂的作用不显著。对粉末球磨和反应温度、反应时间、添加剂交互作用的研究表明,球磨和反应温度的交互作用最强,和添加剂的交互作用最弱。

【Abstract】 The processing conditions of AlN synthesis by the carbothermal reduction of alumina were studied by the orthogonal experiment, and some factors influencing the reaction were compared by X-ray diffraction analysis. It was found that high energy ball milling of the reactants powders could influence the reaction most effectively,and the significance influencing the reaction decreased in the older of reaction temperature , dUration the,additives. The effects of reaction temperature, milling of reactants were remarkable. The synergism between powder milling and reaction temperature, duration time, additive were compared . The results indicated that he synergism between powders milling and temperature was higher than that of duration the and additives.
