【Abstract】 To analyze the complications of Richard nail in treating intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods The complications of 86 cases were analyzed.Results There were 12 cases with postoperative complications(13 9%).They included 5 greater trochanter burst fractures,5 hip varus,and 2 greater trochanter bursitis.Conclusion Well-trained surgeons for Richard nail are necessary to reduce the complication.The key of success is that the nail should be lain correctly in the neck of femur.The patient with unstable fracture fixed with Richard nail should delay the time to start weigh bearing.更多还原
