【Abstract】 This paper briefs on the situation of imposition of connection fee and wheeling charge of power grid in Britain, advances definitions of power grid connection fee and wheeling charge as well as their distribution method between power plants and power supply companies in light of China’s actual conditions. The author also analyzes the relationship between power grid connection fee and wheeling charge and various electricity tariffs, as well as the role of imposing power grid connection fee and wheeling charge in resources optimization configuration of a power system and in establishing a normal recovery channel of investment cost of power grid.更多还原
