铁的阻抑催化动力学光度分析法
A New Negative-Catalytic Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace iron
【摘要】 在酸性介质中k(Ⅲ)能阻抑Mn(Ⅱ)存在下,二安替比林一(3,4一亚甲二氧基)苯基甲烷(DADMPM)和Cr(Ⅵ)的显色反应,且含Fe(Ⅲ)量与lgA0/A(A0、A分别为催化反应与阻抑催化反应的吸光度)在0~7μg/25ml范围内呈良好的线性.文章研究了反应的最适宜条件和动力学参数,建立了一种新的测定痕量Fe(Ⅲ)的催化动力学光度分析法.
【Abstract】 in acidic medium the Iron(III) inhibits the colour reaction of Chromium(VI) with diantipyryl ( 3, 4 - dioxomethenyl)- phenylmethane(DADMPM) in the presence of Mn(II); moreover, a good linear relationship has been found between the iron(ill) concentration and log(A, /A) in 0 ~ 7μg /25 ml range of concentration (A, is theabsorbance of catalytic reaction and A is the absorbance of inhibitory reaction). Thebest experimental condtions have been established, and the kinetic parameters have beencalculated. A new negative - catalytic spectrophotometry determining trace iron(III) hasbeen established.
