【Abstract】 The technology of mechanical seals with grooved faces is a new one in the sealing fields. The lubrication between sealing faces is extremely improved by the hydrostatic pressure effect and/or hydrodynamic . It is capable to fit the severe working situation with multiparameters or greatly prolong the lifetime of sealing in common working situation.It has been succeed to apply in industrial fields.Its fundamentals and some examples for industrial applications are briefly introduced.更多还原
