【Abstract】 By the dynamic stereoscopic microscope method the effect of the flow rate of solution on (110) growth rate was determined,and the volume diffusion coefficient was calculated that is approximately 10 -6 cm 2/s by the measurement of crystal paramenters.The result shows that in order to get rid of the effect of volume diffusion the rotational speed of disc should be no less than 5.2r/min when TGFB is being grown by rotating crystal method.更多还原
