【摘要】 该研究改进了现行脊髓灰质炎糖丸疫苗的稳定性，由１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ＭｇＣｌ２稳定性改为１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ＭｇＣｌ２＋０．５ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１磷酸盐缓冲液复合稳定剂（１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ＭｇＣｌ２＋０．５ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ＰＢ）．采用复合稳定剂后，大大增加了疫苗的稳定性．２２℃保存时间比１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ＭｇＣｌ２稳定剂延长了一周，即保存时间从１２ｄ延长至１８～２１ｄ．疫苗于４℃保存了６个月，滴度降低甚微．在３７℃保存３ｄ，疫苗的滴度降仍符合ＷＨＯ规程的要求更多还原

【Abstract】 Stabilizer use at present for candy poliovaccine was improved.It is changed fro m 1?mol·L -1 MgCl 2 to a combined one consisting of 1?mol·L -1 Mg Cl 2 plus 0.5?mol·L -1 phosphate buffer. The viccine stability is greatly increased by the combined stabilizer.The effec tive period of storage of viccine in combined stabiliger 22℃ is 1 week longer than that in 1?mol·L -1 MgCl 2,that is from 12?d to 18 21 days.Th ere is only a little drop of virus titre after storage of 6 months at 4℃.The titer drop of viccine meets WHO requirements after storage of 3?d t 37℃.更多还原
