复合稳定剂增加脊髓灰质炎糖丸疫苗的稳定性
Increase Of Stability Of Oral Poliovaccine By Combined Stabilizer
【摘要】 该研究改进了现行脊髓灰质炎糖丸疫苗的稳定性,由1mol·L-1MgCl2稳定性改为1mol·L-1MgCl2+0.5mol·L-1磷酸盐缓冲液复合稳定剂(1mol·L-1MgCl2+0.5mol·L-1PB).采用复合稳定剂后,大大增加了疫苗的稳定性.22℃保存时间比1mol·L-1MgCl2稳定剂延长了一周,即保存时间从12d延长至18~21d.疫苗于4℃保存了6个月,滴度降低甚微.在37℃保存3d,疫苗的滴度降仍符合WHO规程的要求
【Abstract】 Stabilizer use at present for candy poliovaccine was improved.It is changed fro m 1?mol·L -1 MgCl 2 to a combined one consisting of 1?mol·L -1 Mg Cl 2 plus 0.5?mol·L -1 phosphate buffer. The viccine stability is greatly increased by the combined stabilizer.The effec tive period of storage of viccine in combined stabiliger 22℃ is 1 week longer than that in 1?mol·L -1 MgCl 2,that is from 12?d to 18 21 days.Th ere is only a little drop of virus titre after storage of 6 months at 4℃.The titer drop of viccine meets WHO requirements after storage of 3?d t 37℃.
