播期对荞麦籽粒蛋白质及其组分含量的影响

【摘要】 研究结果表明:播期对荞麦籽粒蛋白质及其组分含量有显著影响,在适播期含量较低,早播和晚播则提高,晚播尤甚,但早播和晚播由于籽粒产量较低,蛋白质产量也相应较低。在荞麦优质栽培中,播期以比当地最适播期略早为宜,以使籽粒产量、蛋白质及其组分含量、蛋白质产量均较高。

【Abstract】 It’s made clear that sowing time has significant influnce on buckwheat seed protein and its fractions contents. The early and 1ate sowing time,especlally late sowing time,can raise the contents of seed protein and its fractions of buckwheat’ But these treatments will reduce the seed yield and protein yield of unit area. Therefore the early and late sowing time should not be adapted to improve the seed quality of buckheat. The proper sowing tme should be a litte earlier than the optimal sowing time for it’s higher seed quallty,seed yield and protein yield. Under the conditions of this test,swoing on June 16 ls the best.
