【摘要】 目的研究透明晶状体及晶状体核的发育规律，以补充晶状体解剖学理论。方法测量平均２６．２岁的５３例共９７只青年尸眼的晶状体直径（ＬＤ）和晶状体核直径（ＮＤ）及厚度（ＮＴ）并进行统计学分析。结果平均晶状体直径为（９．５２±０．３６）ｍｍ，平均核直径（７．６８±０．５４）ｍｍ，平均核厚度为（２．９±０．４）ｍｍ。晶状体直径、核直径及厚度三者无相关关系，同一人双眼比较，晶状体直径、晶状体核直径及厚度呈直线正相关关系。结论晶状体赤道部形态为小的锯齿状突起，并非平滑的圆环状。左右眼晶状体直径大小基本一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the developmental rules of transparent lens and lens nucleus in order to complement lens anatomic theory. Methods The lens diameter (LD),lens nucleus diameter (ND) and lens nucleus thickness (NT) in 97 eyes from 53 cadavers (average age,26.2 years) were measured and statistically analyzed. Results The mean LD,ND and NT were(9.52±0.36)mm, (7.68 ±0.54)mm and(2.9±0.4)mm,respectively.There was no correlation among LD,ND and NT,but there was linear positive correlation between the right eye and the left eye of the same person. Conclusion The form of lens in equator appears a small serratus and isn’t smooth.The LD of the right eyes almost equalizes that of the left eyes.更多还原
