【摘要】 目的研究泪液可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ＳＩＬ２Ｒ）在角膜移植术前后的变化规律及其与排斥反应的关系。方法采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测１５例病人术前及术后各时期及发生排斥反应时泪液ＳＩＬ２Ｒ水平。结果１５例病人在角膜移植术后均有升高。４例发生排斥反应病人在反应前１周已有升高，其ＳＩＬ２Ｒ水平明显高于术前及术后无排斥反应者（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论ＳＩＬ２Ｒ水平与角膜移植术后免疫状态密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the alteration of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (SIL 2R) level in tear and keratoplasty rejection. Methods The immunoassy method of ELISA was used to detect the SIL 2R levels in the tears of 15 keratoplasty patients before and after keratoplasty compared with that of 14 normal cases. Results After keratoplasty SIL 2R levels in tears of 5 keratoplasty patients increased.The SIL 2R levels in tears of 4 rejection cases increased at one week before rejection.The SIL 2R level in tears of rejected cases was much higher than that of no rejection and preoperation cases ( P <0.01). Conclusion The SIL 2R level in tear has a close relationship with immune status after keratoplasty.更多还原
