【摘要】 目的探讨先天性白内障人工晶状体植入术的手术时机、方法及效果。方法对接受人工晶状体植入术的７１例先天性白内障患者进行回顾性研究。结果术后视力≥０．５者为５６．５％，≥１．０者为１６．５％。影响视力恢复的主要因素为术前存在的弱视和眼球震颤。结论先天性白内障及早手术摘出，同时植入合适屈光度的人工晶状体，不仅能提高视力，还有利于弱视的防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the operative time, method and effect of congenital cataract extraction combined with IOL implantation.MethodsA retrospective study was carried out on 71 cases (95 eyes) with congenital cataract undergone cataract extraction and IOL implantation.ResultsPostoperative corrected visual acuity of 0.5 or better and 1.0 or better were 56.5% and 16.5%,respectively. The factors impairing vision recovery were preoperatively existed abnormalities, amplyopia and nystagmus.ConclusionEarly cataract extraction and proper power IOL implantation on congenital cataract patients can not only improve their visions but also help the prevention and treatment of amplyopia.更多还原
