【摘要】 目的动态分析全角膜带环形板层巩膜瓣移植术（ＣＳＴ）的术前、术后外周血免疫指标，明确机体的免疫状态。方法检测２６例全角膜带环形板层巩膜瓣移植术患者术前和术后的Ｔ细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白及补体，并进行动态对比分析。结果Ｔ３、Ｔ４升高，ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＣ升高，而补体Ｃ３、Ｃ４降低。结论全角膜带环形板层巩膜瓣移植术可引起机体免疫应答，同时有体液免疫和细胞免疫参与反应更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze the immunity of total cornea with circle lamellar scleral transplantation(CST).MethodsIn 26 cases of CST,T-cell subsets and humoral immunity of the peripheral blood pre-and post-operation were determined.ResultsBoth T 3 and T 4 were increased.IgM,IgG and IgA were also increased,but C 3 and C 4 were decreased.ConclusionBoth cell-mediated and humoral immunity play a role in the rejection of CST.更多还原
