宝钢2030mm冷连轧压力公式的定量评估

【摘要】 由连轧张力理论提出的“kμ”估计方法,可以优选压力和变形抗力公式的结构,确定Hill压力公式为冷轧优选公式。宝钢从德国引进的2030mm冷连轧机用的压力公式有其特点,所以它与Hill公式的定量对比对“九五”攻关课题──冷连轧过程智能控制系统的研制有重要意义。本文用多种正常工况下的实测数据,通过“kμ”估计方法的定量评估,得到Hill公式适合冷轧机应用的结论。

【Abstract】 篢he" kμ" estimation method, come from tension theory, can be used to optimize the formula construction of pressure and deformation resistance. Hill pressure formula is the cold-rolled optimization one. The pleasure formula, come from German and used for 2030 mm tandem cold mill, has its properties. Its quantitative comparison with Hill formula is very important for "9th Five-Year Plan" project-tandem cold mill process intelligence control system. It is concluded that Hill formula is suitable for tandem cold mill through the quantitative estimation by use of actual measuring data under many job states.
