【摘要】 目的：探讨会厌癌的ＣＴ 表现、诊断价值及限度。材料和方法：回顾分析４３ 例经病理证实的会厌癌的ＣＴ 资料。结果：４３ 例会厌癌中源发于会厌喉面２３ 例；会厌舌面７ 例；混合型１３ 例。肿瘤呈结节状、团块样及不规则弥漫性浸润，增强后可呈不均匀强化。侵犯会厌前间隙１８ 例；喉旁间隙７ 例；舌根部３ 例。６ 例有甲状软骨破坏，３０ 例伴淋巴结转移。结论：ＣＴ 扫描在会厌癌的诊断中发挥了明显的作用，其直接征象可为手术方式、治疗及预后的评价提供正确可靠的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To study the manifestation,diagnosis and limitation of CT examination in epiglottic carcinoma. Materials and Methods:43 cases of pathologically proved epigottic carcinomas with their CT images were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among the 43 cases,23 occurred in the laryngeal surface of epiglottis,7 in the lingual surface of epiglottis and 13 on both sides.The tumors were nodular,massive or irregularly infiltrating with inhomogeneous contrast enhancement.18 cases involved preepiglottic space;7 involved paralaryngeal space;3 cases involved tongue.6 cases had thyroid cartilage destruction and 30 cases had lymph nodes metastases.Conclusion:CT examination has a great value in the diagnosis of epiglottic carcinoma.The direct signs of CT findings can provide accurate message for the operating type,treatment and evaluation of the disease.更多还原
