高速连铸结晶器液压伺服振动系统

【摘要】 针对高速连铸结晶器振动的特点,为实现结晶器液压振动提供理论依据,以实验模拟装置为基础,建立其非正弦振动及液压伺服控制系统的数学模型,利用仿真软件包对其进行计算机模拟仿真,分析利用液压伺服系统实现非正弦振动的可行性及伺服系统的动态性能。仿真结果表明,该机构利用液压缸实现振动点的非正弦振动是可行的;其液压伺服系统具有较好的动态性能。

【Abstract】 In view of the characteristics of high speed continuous cast mould oscillation, to provide theory basis for the realization of mould hydraulic oscillation, this paper establishes the mathematical model of no-sine oscillation and the hydraulic servo system, based on the simulation experiment mechanism. Using simulation software, computer simulation has been carried out, in the field of feasibility analysis of no-sine oscillation with hydraulic servo system and its dynamic characteristics. Simulation results show the feasibility and good dynamic characteristics of the system.
