【摘要】 对１１０ 例三种胸水（ 结核性、细菌性、肿瘤性） 的９ 项生化指标［ 乳酸（Ｌａ） 、铁（Ｆｅ） 、总铁结合力（ＴＩＢＣ） 、乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ） 、总胆固醇（ ＴＣ） 、糖（ Ｇｌｕ） 、总蛋白（ Ｔｐ） 、淀粉酶（ Ａ－ ｍ） 、ｐ Ｈ］ 进行了测定，结果表明：三种胸水各组化学值之间差异有显著性（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０５） ，其差异程度及规律与疾病的性质和程度有关，这对于判断胸水的性质有一定价值更多还原

【Abstract】 The values in nine biochemical elements (La, Fe, TIBC, LDH, TC, Glu, Tp, A-m, pH ) of three kinds of hydrothorax (tuberculous, bacterial and tumorous groups) from 100 patients were measured. Results showed that the chemical values of the three groups differed significantly, (P<0.05), its degree and rule of differences are correlated with the property and degree of disease. It is valuable in diagnosing the property of hydrothorax.更多还原
