【摘要】 以阿霉素剂量为４０ ～７５ｍｇ／ｍ２ ，静注（ 第１ 天） ；博宁６０ｍｇ／ 次，静滴，每２ 周重复１ 次，联合化疗晚期恶性肿瘤骨转移２７ 例。结果显示：①实体肿瘤ＣＲ３ 例，ＰＲ１１ 例，ＮＣ１２ 例，ＰＤ１ 例，有效率（ＰＲ＋ ＣＲ） 为５１ ．９ ％ 。②止痛显效１６ 例，有效１０ 例，无效１ 例，有效率为９６ ．３ ％ ，缓解时间达２ ～８ 个月。③其中１５ 例活动受限治疗显效７ 例，有效７ 例，无效１例，有效率为９３ ．３ ％ 。④治疗后患者生活质量明显提高（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。⑤毒副作用：Ⅲ、Ⅳ度者，白细胞减少为１８ ．５ ％ ，呕吐７ ．４ ％ ，Ⅱ度心脏毒性为３ ．７ ％ ，轻度低血钙为８１ ．５ ％ 。认为：该方案是治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疗效较好的化疗方案，治疗中应注意其心脏、血液系统和血清钙的毒性作用更多还原

【Abstract】 patients with malignant metastatic tumors were given combined chemotherapy with adriamycin 40-75mg/m2, intravenously for the first day, pamidronic acid 60mg per time, intravenously once every two weeks. Results: Firstly, CR of solid tumor was 3 cases, PR 11, NC 12, PD 1, effective rate ( PR+CR ) 51.9%. Secondly, excellent analgesia 16, good 10, poor 1, effective rate 96.3%. Thirdly, 7 of 15 cases with limited activity had got excellent clinical results, good 7, poor 1, effective rate was 93.3%. Fourthly, patients’ life style have been significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05). Fifthly, side-effects: WBC decreased to 18.5% in stageⅢ and Ⅳ, 7.4% vomiting, 3.7% heart toxiciting in stageⅡ, 81.5% mild hypocalcemia. It indicated that this combined chemotherapy is effective for the treatment of malignant metastatic tumor of bone. The toxic action of heart, blood system and serum calcium should be paied attention to during treatment.更多还原
