【Abstract】 These HRV viscosity reducers are developed for recovering the viscous crude oil in disrcrete small reservoirs with thin pay zones. Of these, HRV 1 is composed of a demulsifier for W/O emulsions and special solvents for resin asphaltenes and wax and suitable to crude of water cut >20%; HRV 2 reacts with the organic acids in crude to give complex surface active substances, which promote the formation of O/W emulsions and is suitable to crude of zero or low water cut. The emulsifying efficiency, viscosity reducing capacity at 45℃, waxing inhibiting capacity (for HRV 1) and influence on dehydration of crude by various demulsifiers are determined and investigated. The successful usage in 25 wells since July 1995 are described.更多还原
