不对称氨羟化反应在α-呋喃乙烯类化合物中的应用
Application of Asymmetric Aminohydroxylation to a - Furyl Ethylene and Its Derivatives
【摘要】 将Sharpless等人报道的不对称氨羟化反应方法应用于α-呋喃乙烯类化合物,并对其区域选择性进行了研究。其中1d的氨羟化反应具有高区域选择性和中等对映选择性。
【Abstract】 The application of sharpless asymmetric aminohydroxylation reaction to a - luryl ethylene and its derivatives is described in this paper. The asymmetric aminohydroxylation oi Id showed high regioselectivity and moderate stereoselectivily .
