从4-戊烯醛经增碳反应合成5-己烯酸甲酯类化合物(英文)
Synthesis of Methyl 5-hexenates by Homologation of 4-pentenals
【摘要】 通过4,8,12-三甲基-4,8,12-三烯醛(1)类四戊烯醛衍生物的增一碳反应合成了5,9,13-三甲基-5,9,13-十四三烯醛甲酯(3)及5-己烯酸甲酯衍生物(7~9)。用甲氧基甲基三苯基膦处理4-戊烯醛类化合物生成烯基醚,PCC氧化所生成的烯醚则得到标题化合物,5-己烯酸甲酯类化合物。
【Abstract】 Methyl 5,9,13 - trimethylbutadeca - 5,9,13 - trienoate(3) and methyl 5 - hexenates (7 - 9) were synthesized by homologation of 4, 8,12 - trimethyl - 4,8,12 - tridecatrienal(1) and 4 -pentenals. Thus, treatment of 4 - pentenals with methoxy methylenetriphenylphosphin afforded a mixture of cis - and trans - enol ethers, which were oxidized by PCC to give methyl 5 - hexenates.
