【Abstract】 14 N-aryl-(1’-carboxymethylferrocenyl)-acetamides have been synthesized by reaction of 1,1 ’-ferrocenediacetic acid anhydride with aromatic amines. The reactivities of the aromatic amines in the reaction have been studied. And the structures of the products were characterized by elementary analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The reaction of N-2-hydroxy(phenyl)-(1’-carboxymethylferrocenyl)-acetamide with2Cucl2.H2O was also tentatively studied.
