【摘要】 研究了新显色剂二甲氧基羟基苯基荧光酮分光光度测定钨的方法。在酸性介质中,有表面活性剂存在下,试剂与钨形成稳定的红色络合物,在 515nm处具有最大吸光度,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=8.6x10~4,钨含量在0~35μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律.方法应用于钢中微量钨的测定,获得满意结果.

【Abstract】 The new chromogenic reagent 2,3,7-trihydroxy-9-(3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy) phenylfluorone (DMH-PF) have been synthesized and the new chromogenic reagent system of DMH-PF with tungsten in the presence of TritonX-100 have been studied. It was shown that a stable red complex can be formed in add medium. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 8.6×104L.mol-1.mol-1 at 515nm. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-35μg/25mL for tungsten. The amouts of tungsten in steels can be determined in aqueous solution without saparation with satisfactory results.
