硫酸铵-丁二酮肟-乙醇体系萃取分离钴的研究

【摘要】 研究了硫酸铵-丁二酮肟-乙醇体系萃取Co(Ⅱ)的行为及乙醇与水溶液分相条件.试验表明,作为萃取溶剂的乙醇,能萃取带电络合物,当溶液pH>5时,能使Co(Ⅱ)与Ni(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ)分别在乙醇相、浮选相及水相中实现同一体系中三相分离.

【Abstract】 The extraction behaviour of (NH4)2SO4-biacetyl dioxine-ethanol system was studied and proper conditions were selected. It shows that the complex of Co2+ and biacetyl dioxime can be extracted into the ethanol phase, the precipitate of Ni2+ and biacetyl doixime floats between the two phases while the Fe3+ is left in the aqueous solvent at PH>5. It is concluded that Co2+ can be separated completely from Fe3+ and Ni2+ in the system.
