新显色剂苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯与铜的显色反应及其应用
Study on the Colour Reaction of Copper(Ⅱ) with Benzothiazolyidiazobenzene and Its Application
【摘要】 研究了在TritonX—100存在下,新星色剂苯并噻吐重氮氨基偶氮苯(BTDAB)与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应,结果表明,在 pH10.5~ 11.7碱性介质中,铜(Ⅱ)与试剂形成1:2的橙红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为 530nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.47 X 10~5,铜(Ⅱ)量在0~14μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律.用于铝合金中铜含量的测定,结果令人满意.
【Abstract】 The colour reaction of benzothiazolyldiazoaminoazobenzene with copper(Ⅱ) has ho studied. In the presence of Triton X-l00, copper(Ⅱ) reacts with BTDAB to form a stable l: 2 complex at pH10.5 - 11.7, the absorption maximum is at 530nm and the molar absorptivity is l.47x 10~5. Beer’s law is obeyed in the rang of 0 - 14ug/25ml for copper(Ⅱ).This method has been used directly for the determination of copper in aluminium alloy with satisfactory results.
