【摘要】 创新性地提出羊毛分散染料助剂增溶染色的理论和工艺,对分散染料的吸收光谱及其溶解度进行测定和研究。在自制新型助剂HM的作用下,分散染料可上染羊毛。文章探讨了温度、pH值、浴比、电解质及助剂的浓度等对上染百分率、上染速率及匀染、透染程度的影响。本工艺具有流程简单、湿牢度好、染料利用率高、色泽鲜艳及匀染性好等特点,有很大的理论研究和实际应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new theory and technology of disperse dye solubilized dyeing to wool by auxiliary are put forward creatively. The absorption spectrum and solubility of disperse dye are researched. With the self-made agent HM the wool can be dyed by disperse dyes. The influences of temperature, pH value, liquor ratio, electrolyte and concentration of HM on the percentage of exhaustion, dyeing rate and penetration, levelness are investigated. This process has many advantages, such as superior levelness and wet fastness, saved dyes, simple process, bright shade etc..
