【摘要】 目的　了解０ ～３６ 月龄婴幼儿形态发育的规律和速度，探讨ＷＨＯ 的０～３６ 月龄儿童身高体重参考值及评价标准在我国的适用性。方法　采用追踪性调查的方法连续３年观察合肥市３２１ 名３ 月龄婴儿的身长、体重和胸围的生长发育水平和速度， 并与ＷＨＯ参考值相比较。结果　２ 岁前女童的形态发育水平明显低于男童，至３ 岁时两者相当；３ ～３６ 月龄，男女童的身长、体重和胸围月增长值均逐渐减小，且无性别差异；与ＷＨＯ 参考值比较，男女童的形态发育水平均随年龄的增长而降低， 特别是男童。结论　ＷＨＯ 的０～３６ 月龄儿童身长体重参考值对我国儿童，特别是１８ 月龄前的儿童并不适用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To ascertain growth pattern and velocity of children 0～36 months of age and study applicability of WHO reference values and appraisal standards for height and weight of children 0～36 months of age. Methods A 3 year longitudinal investigation was conducted among 321 infants 3 months of age, their growth levels and velocity were compared with WHO reference values. Results Before 2 years old, the growth levels of girls were significantly lower than those of boys, and this gender difference in growth level disappeared until about 3 years of age. Increments for height, weight and chest circumference decreased gradually in boys and girls from 3 months of age to 36 months of age, and no differences were found in the increments between girls and boys. In comparison with WHO reference values, the growth levels of both boys and girls reduced with age, especially boys. Conclusion WHO reference values for height and weight of children 0～36 months of age are not fit for appraisal of growth and development in Chinese children, especially in children younger than 18 months of age.更多还原
