【摘要】 目的　研究芪加合剂对小鼠 Ｌｅｗｉｓ 肺癌的影响。方法　观察 Ｌｅｗｉｓ 肺癌小鼠的生存时间和瘤重。结果　芪加合剂（１３７５ ～２７５０ ｇ·ｋｇ － １） 治疗或预防给药均能延长 Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌小鼠平均生存时间；对小鼠 Ｌｅｗｉｓ 肺癌瘤重增长有明显抑制作用，并可抑制其自发性肺转移。结论　芪加合剂对肺癌可能具有明显抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Qijaheji on Lewis lung carcinoma ( L L C) mice . Methods Observing the survival and tumor weight of L L C mice . Results Using the protocol of therapeutic orprophylatic ad ministration , Qijaheji (13 75 ～27 50 g·kg - 1) could not only prolong the survival of L L C mice ,but also inhibit the tu mor weight and spontaneous metastasis oflung on L L C mice .
