机制蜡片初探

【摘要】 本文针对传统的沾片法和蜡板法制蜡片生产巢础存在劳动强度大、生产效率低等弊病,根据一步式巢础机蜡液直接轧制巢础的原理.在不同蜡温和不同机辊线速度下,对由蜡液直接轧制蜡片和所制蜡片轧光、轧花:蜂群造脾的可行性进行了初步探讨。试验表明,当蜡液的温度、机辊的线速度,以及机辊润滑和冷却适当时,直接由蜡液轧制蜡片进行机制蜡片是可行的。

【Abstract】 To counter such drawbacks as high labour intensity and low production effciency that existed in the traditional beeswax sheet dipping method and beeswax plate rolling method of -ing comb foundation, this paper primarily deals with the feasiblity of the plating and the embossing as well as the comb - building of beeswx sheet that is rolled diretly with liquied beeswax at different temperaures of beeswax and at different linear velocities of roller on the basis of the principle of foundation - rolling directly with liquefied beeswax by automatic foundation machine. experiment shows that it is feasible to roll and process beeswax sheet diredtly from liquefied beeswax when temperature of liquied beeswax, linear velocity of roller, lubricating and cooling of roller are proper.
