厚膜应变电阻的导电机理研究

【摘要】 制备了不同表面电阻率的Ｒｕ基厚膜应变电阻浆料，研究了厚膜应变电阻的表面电阻率与电阻应变系数之间的关系，并对其导电机理与特性进行了分析。

【Abstract】 The thick strain resistive pastes of different resistivity were prepared. The relationship between the resistivity and the resistor-strain coefficient of the thick film strain resistor wasstudied. The conductive mechanism and characteristics of thick film strain resistor were analyzed.
