【摘要】 [目的 ]研究柯萨奇病毒感染的心肌炎模型小鼠的心肌中病毒核酸与炎症变化之间的关系 .[方法 ]应用聚合酶链反应 ,于感染后 1,3,5,7,10 ,14,2 1,30d ,对 58只实验组和 32只对照组的BALB/C小鼠心肌进行柯萨奇病毒B3 RNA检查 ,并观察心肌病理变化 .[结果 ]实验组小鼠心肌柯萨奇病毒B3 RNA在感染后 3～ 30d呈阳性 ,对照组心肌柯萨奇病毒B3 RNA均阴性 .感染后 3 30d心肌聚合酶链反应与病理学两种检查结果相一致 .[结论 ]心肌中柯萨奇病毒B3 RNA的存在与心肌炎症变化之间有密切的关系 .更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between viral RNA and inflammation of myocardial tissue from BALB/C mice infected with CVB 3. METHODS Polymerase chain reaction was applied for detection of CVB 3 RNA of BALB/C mice sacrificed on day 1,3,5,7,10,14,21 and 30 post infection , additionally the paraffin embedded section of myocardial tissue was done to observe the histopathology .RESULTS CVB 3 RNA was positive from day 3 to 30 post inflammation in the myocardial tissue of the infected mice , while CVB 3 RNA was negative in the control mice. The results of PCR detection and histopathological examination in myocardial tissue were consistent on day 3～30 post infection. CONCLUSION CVB 3 RNA and inflammation change in the myocardial tissue is highly connected.更多还原
